Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stery AI at https://stery.ai, together with its Telegram bots, API and MCP interfaces ("the Service"). The Service is provided by Eduard Karnaukh, an individual developer, reachable at [email protected]. By signing in you accept these terms.

1. What the Service is

Stery AI is a work planner in which AI agents carry out tasks: it holds companies, projects, boards, tasks, reminders and reports, runs AI agents against them, and can connect to third-party services on your instruction. The Service is in private beta, is provided free of charge, and may change or be discontinued.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are created by the operator on request; there is no public sign-up. You must be at least 16 years old.
• Keep your credentials and the long-lived API tokens you generate to yourself. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by the agents you configure.
• Do not share an account between people; ask for a second account instead.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or process data you have no right to process;
• attack, probe or overload the Service or anything it connects to, or bypass its access controls;
• send spam or unsolicited messages through agents or their Telegram bots;
• resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product from its internals.

You are also bound by the terms of the third-party services you connect — for example Google's — and an agent acting on your instruction does not change that.

4. Your content

Your tasks, files, notes, conversations and credentials remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display them in order to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to put that content into the Service.

5. AI output

Agents are language models doing real work: they write text, change tasks, and, where you granted such tools, act in connected systems. Their output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation, and their actions can have consequences. Review what matters before relying on it, and grant tools deliberately — the Service is not liable for decisions you or your agents take on the basis of model output.

6. Availability and warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. There is no uptime commitment, and maintenance, third-party outages or beta defects may interrupt it. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or lost business arising from use of the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted at [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that endangers the Service or other users, and will tell you why when we do.

9. Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top of the page changes with them, and material changes are announced to account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator resides, and disputes are subject to the courts competent there, without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
